Don’t eat full fat ice cream, especially if you are lactose intolerant; the results are not pretty or neat!
Don’t go shopping on a day that you are not full of energy, you are in your moon, or having a funky attitude; you just might make the sales persons cry – male or female
Don’t make up names for your body parts – that thing that is in my lap, can no longer be called a lap top it is my stomach.
Don’t do drive through windows, you can eat 1500 calories off of the dollar menu for 5.00 and have it all eaten before you get home. That is not an accomplishment.
Don’t add diet soda to a full fat meal – it only adds more chemicals to your portion and messes with the digestion.
Don’t pretend that you did not eat that just because you did not record it – the mind is a funny thing, it can convince you that you are doing fine – because the fat brain lies!
Don’t let anyone else determine your reality, you know your truth, claim it, and then decide which way to go.
Don’t insult yourself; embrace you right where you are and declare that you are going to love yourself, no matter what size you are. Look in the mirror and into your eyes and fall in love with you.
Don’t forget what you want in the end of this journey, a healthier body, a sound mind and total self-love!
