Am realizing that I have hit this plateau because I am comfortable with my weight at it's current number. I feel better, look better and make better decisions.
I have this goal in my head that I am matching up to others around me that have lost weight but that's not MY number. I want to get FIT and not just simply be going to extremes that are unrealistic for my lifestyle. I LOVE the 17DD but it's just not compatible with my lifestyle to stay on track. I like to hit up the bars and have a few drinks with friends on the weekends, within my calorie budget and that works for me. When I am too restricted it backfires.
I am going to take the baby steps - couting calories regardless of what kind of food it is, watching my portions and finding a workout regimine that will stick with me and not feel too obligated. The relaxed way is for me as when I am less stressed about the goals the less I stressfully ruin my diet and progress.
Cycle one got me back on track and now I am working towards a true new me with all the tools that I have learned thus far! WISH ME LUCK!!
