Not hungry but want to eat

Help! I think I need a sugar free Jolly Rancher. I'm tired of chewing gum. My tummy is full. Yet I still want to stuff my face! I'm drinking water instead...

    I pushed through and made it. My day was on the money for nutrition. Now lets see if I can do two in a row. Sugar-free candy is on my grocery list for a rescue item.

    Oh I have soooo been there! emoticon I still don't understand why we do it to ourselves. Maybe try drinking a herbal tea. I do try and drink water too, but sometimes I reckon my mouth is just craving some kind of flavour. Peppermint tea seems to be doing the trick (for now anyway!). Eeeeek. I hope it passes.

    Oh, my gosh, I have been through this SO many times! Actually, I don't want to scare you, but it persisted for about 2.5 years on weekends. It still happens sometimes, but it is not as dire anymore. Hang in therd! It does get easier, especially if you DON'T give in.

    Great choice! I was in the same slump but with bread and butter...ouch. Getting back on track with SP, exercise, and water is working! Hang in there.
