I decided to start week one over again since I was sick most of last week. Yesterday was a quick cardio video and tonight is a lower body video. I finally went to my school's gym today and hopped on the elliptical for half an hour. Now that I've broken the ice, so to speak, I should have no reason not to go in the future. I am planning on using the gym on Tuesdays, Thursdays and maybe Wednesdays depending on my schedule.
As far as my goals go, I lost all of my vacation weight last week due to not being able to eat for three days. It's not how I had planned it, but hey, I'll take it. The scale has stayed constant for a few days now at my usual set weight. I have a really hard time losing weight once I reach this point but if I stay consistent with diet and exercise, I know that it will come. I need to take my measurements as well - I can always see weight loss in the way my clothes fit long before it shows up on the scale.
School is off to a good start. The first week seems to go by so slowly and I am actually looking forward to having more work to do. I am sure that in a couple months I will not feel that way any more!
