Just Not Into It Today

Tuesday, January 15, 2013

I just can't seem to get started today. I feel distracted, discombobulated, aimless. It's like my mind is playing ping pong and my body is on the sidelines watching the ball bounce back and forth. Maybe because I'm feeling a bit tried? I know I struggled though my workout at lunch. I'll be home in a few hours and maybe I'll just go to bed early. emoticon

The heat pump seems to be working OK now. Hubby had the temp set between 77 and 81. Kind of too hot for me but I coped with it. He's still grouchy from the stop smoking, although he's stopped using the patch. He only used it for two days or so. I guess he's going to try it without the patch. Lord help me! emoticon

Eating today is good...but it usually is during the day when I'm at work. And I made chili last night for dinner. Chili is great on a cold day. Tonight I'm making chuck steak in brown gravy with rice for hubby and left over mashed taters for me. Tomorrow I won't have any breakfast as the group here at work is going to a Team Appreciation and Farewell lunch at Red Rock buffet. I'm going to do my best to not over eat. emoticon

So that's it for me today...I hope your Tuesday was great!

I'm so proud of you for going to your workout even though you were tired. You ROCK GF!!! Wanna trade grumpies for a week or so? They might be really appreciative of getting back to their old stompin' grounds and be nicer to us! emoticon Hugs, Calen~
