THE Perfect protein: An egg! All the amino acids are in it!
Omelette for breakfast: 1 yolk, 3 whites,onions, mushroom, other veges. 1 TBsp. jam unswt.
to spread over the omlette....lets me skip the toast!!
I CANNOT get by on oatmeal and a couple of blueberries like these runners!
HOW DO THEY DO IT? An Omelette though lasts me for hours and hours!!!!
OF COURSE, I chop, chop, chop all of the ingredients the night before for the
remainder of the week, so it's FAST, FAST FAST..........................
