Finally, today, the scale started moving in the right direction! It's not everything but it sure is encouraging. I've been back two days and in my calorie range both so that's an encouraging result to keep me on track. First day back at school was today so it was nice to go back and feel good about myself and in control of things.

I bought a food scale to be able to make more accurate assessments of what I'm eating, and I got a heart rate monitor that just came in the mail this afternoon. I'm so excited about both, I went ahead and invested in my health since I've been so consistent for the past month I figured the expense was worthwhile. I'm looking forward to trying out the HRM tomorrow on my run and Insanity workout so that I can get a more accurate idea of what I'm doing. Yay!
