2 Weeks & 5.3lbs down

Right now it has been 2 weeks since I started to change my diet and lifestyle to get myself healthly. I am down 5.3 lbs on my way to losing 20 lbs. I started to try and lose only 1 pound a week. So far I am down 2.5 lbs a week. I am doing way better at this then I thought I would! Looking forward to seeing the results as they happen, and so far I like the results thus far.

    Congrats on your weight loss. I to have started again on my weight-loss program started on Jan 2nd. Have dropped 14 lbs but that is normal when I start. The hard work is after the 1st 2 weeks. If I average 2 lbs/week I will be happy. I have been with Spark for 3 years and I get on the wagon and fall off the wagon on various occasions.
Hope you reach your goals. Consistency is the key and logging in my food and exercise on a daily basis.
