Right now it has been 2 weeks since I started to change my diet and lifestyle to get myself healthly. I am down 5.3 lbs on my way to losing 20 lbs. I started to try and lose only 1 pound a week. So far I am down 2.5 lbs a week. I am doing way better at this then I thought I would! Looking forward to seeing the results as they happen, and so far I like the results thus far.
