A NEW YEAR 2013

It's been awhile since I have posted a blog, but it's a new year and time to set some new goals and afermations.
First of all without much forthought I have been on a 18 day cardio streak, which means I have completed at least 30 minutes of cardio per day and plan to continue this as I need to get my weight loss moving again.
Secondly, I have commented to logging all my meals and snacks again, I have also adjusted my calories and exercise trackers.
Thirdly, I have commented again to drink at least 8 glasses of water.
