And all through the house, Little Ree was stirring and dashing about! I can't believe BLC-21 kicks off bright and early tomorrow morning with the first weigh-in. Last round was such a success for me, that I admit to a slight nervousness this round. Will I be able to keep the momentum going to meet my 160lb target? Over the holidays, exercise was low man on my holiday totem pole. I also stopped tracking my food. On the plus side, I'm a few pounds lower than my ending weight for BLC-20. Perhaps the changes I made stuck (woohoo!)
I'm sure one of our initial challenges will be to list out our goals and plan of action, so I'll save that post for another time. I try to remember that "Failure to plan is planning to fail." Tomorrow morning, I'll be up bright and early to take my measurements, strike a pose for my pre-challenge photo, and weigh in.
Let's just get my excuses out of the way:
- Too busy to track - ACTION> Replace FB with SP as my go to procrastinator
- Too busy to exercise - ACTION> Like Nike, Just do it! Purchase a monthly yoga pass. I'm far too cheap not to get my money's worth!
Yesterday, I updated my high level Q1 goals on the front of my sparkpage. Will continue to revise as I go along this journey! Let's go Navy Ninjas :-)
