Tuesday January 15 2013 Missed a day yestarday.

Boy have I been lazy the last couple of days. Haven't done much of anything the last two days off , and taken to watching too much television. Got alot of my other goals done. I've also gone over my 2000 calorie mark as well.
My goals for Wednesday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
stayinging within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
