B: low cal/low carb energy drink
L: protein bar, 1/2 yogurt, fruit cup, skinny cow bar, Coke
That brings me to about 600 cal for today so far. I'm just going to make a huge salad tonight with bacon, hard boiled egg, feta cheese, cranberries, candied walnuts, and Ranch dressing - yum!
The weight is definitely coming off...my clothes feel so much looser already!
