Its one of those days where I am looking like how long will it take to get there. I am not losing hope I know with weight loss those moments come and go. We have to do what's best for ourselves and truly PUSHing on will help me to reach my goal. This is a short lived moment and I think blogging for a moment instead of finding comfort in food will help me get to where I need to go! Writing my goals and saying a prayer! I can do this!
