Ok I have watched anything and everything on food "Good food, bad food" My favorite so far is "Fat, sick and nearly dead" Most all the rest have been about what we eat that is making us sick.
Face it, we are a processed society. One thing I liked about this particular documentary was that he asked questions and got a wide range of answers. I was amazed at those people, that would rather die in the next 10 years than give up those bad foods. They want to be happy when they go. I say "selfish" they are, what about the people they leave behind, their 10 year old boy that won't have a Dad to play ball with or their little girl growing up without their protector.
Shame on them. He got a couple of people under his wing, at least the couple they showed and documented, that were willing to give up the junk food. One lady with migraines, did a 10 day juice fast, and the other a truck driver weighing almost 500 lbs, that stayed with it until he lost half his weight. Anyway I am back on track. And I am beginning with a 10 day fast at the first of each month. Mainly for reboot and clean out.
I do want to say I am using the Nutribullet for one meal a day to get the drink and ingredients I need. I am not going to start the juicing until March 1st. It's not an easy spend, most of the veggies and fruits are having a hard time this year with the cold snap we are having, and prices are not good. Will have to find ways to stock any that have a good price on them. I am putting together a new pantry with jars of flax, chia, sesame seeds and cashews and almonds, and will add as I go. I am excited about my new journey. And I want to share my progress, because I know it can't be anything other than that.

I think you'll get more bang for your bucks using spices and herbs instead of juicing. Juicing is great if you have the money and time. And even with that, spices and herbs are still more powerful. Check out triphala (3 fruits), amla, clove, cinnamon and others at swansonvitamins. That's what I do. Good luck.

I would LOVE to re-do my pantry. No one else in my family wants to get on the same food wagon with me, so my stuff gets shuffled to the back of the cabinets or moved around where I have to go looking for things. I'm thnking about just commandeering a cabinet with a big "Mitts Off" sign LOL

I have seen that movie a couple of times. I also belong to his Reboot Web page and get his mailers. He has it going forward and even has another movie coming out soon.
I hope you do well and please never forget to enjoy your journey!
