Recovery day

Tuesday, January 15, 2013

Well, I let my daily allowance of soy slip yesterday. The soy seems to be a huge help with my seizures. Unfortately, this resulted in a seizure. I'm ok, baby's okay, still kicking me constantly, but due to baby being so active in the evening, I'm tired today still. :(

So today has me mostly taking it easy and making sure I get lots of extra soy and rest today. I have a neurlolgist appointment on Thursday, so hopefully he'll have some more answers for me. This trimester has been hard already. :( and I've got a ways to go yet. Chances are they'l up my meds again, which means still MORE side effects and stuff. I'm feeling like a guinea pig these days.

So I'll be taking easy for the rest of the day :( I can't wait till things go back to normal. :(

Wow - the soy really works that quickly? I had no idea. You've taught me a lot of stuff I didn't know, so thanks! Just take care of yourself, get what you need, sleep when you can, and good luck on Thursday!

Glad you and baby are okay. Isn't it just amazing how such a seemingly small thing (soy) can make such a difference!

Rest up. Take good care of yourself. And baby.
