I've been kind of keeping myself accountable by doing my daily blog and I finally feel like I'm getting back in the hang of it after a long hiatus. Today, I actually logged in my food & workouts - WOW... I'm so impressed with myself :)
I used to log them every day and I got to the point where I was even tracking my protein, fiber & sodium levels with ease, but it has been a long time & it's a hard habit to create. What I love about this tracking system is that you can add favorites, so my goal is to eat just about the same things everyday so that I can easily add them from my phone.
Do you track your meals or workouts? Do you use your smart phone to do it, or do you prefer the computer?
