I gotta admit there are days I seem empty all the time. I wonder if my guts cleared out? (TMI?) Or did I burn a lot over night having wild drams? I don't get it. Not always, thank goodness. In any case I focus on fiber and munch raw veggies. It's always a good idea to plan a snack between meals as well to stave off hunger. Might want to journal about the day to try to figure out what inclined you to be so hungry ... Good luck!
