I haven't blogged in a few days, I have been busy burning those calories though. I have done at least an hour of cardio on my elliptical for the past few days. I feel so much better after doing it, I want to do more. I have to start getting into the habit of doing a workout in the morning so that I feel the energy for the rest of the day. I am really feeling better about this whole dieting thing. The negative thoughts are finally starting to disappear. New positive thoughts are flowing in! I am so excited for new changes in my life! Slowly, but surely I will be where I want to be.
