Tried as I might to give it all I got. I didn't do so well today. the calves burned. It was cold out.
I could not get through the running at all.

3/4th's through I took it inside and hoped on the treadmill for the end. That seems better.. although I was almost done.
I'm going to do better next time I tell ya!

    i had a lot of problems with my calves burning and i went to an actual running store and got fitted for proper shoes and that made all the difference in the world. Also, i would do the warm up walk and then stop and do calf stretches.
