First off I gained 3.8 pounds on vacation but considering I was on a cruise and in the car for 20+ hours over 9 days Iím not in the least bit upset about it because I had a blast.
I immediately got back on track yesterday by wearing my FitBit even though I got sub 3,000 step in yesterday because I was chained to my desk at work BUT I tracked all my food, stayed within my calorie goal and drank all my water (in the form of tea) so I think Iím back to a good start.
Last night my wife and I headed out to our local Aldi store and loaded up on fruits and veggies. Iím really looking forward to getting back to cooking #1 because I miss it and #2 because I can control what goes into my food.
