I might have even got up to an hour. Without thinking about food once. I have got to tell you that I feel free.
Intuitive eating is really starting to agree with me.

That's interesting.....I personally have never noticed how long or short a time it is that I might go without thinking about food. I definitely would take your observation as a sign of progress also!
