Well we went grocery shopping, it was so hard to pass up the snack cakes and the candy isle, but I did it. I got nothing but healthy food for my journey into the new me. Even trying some newer foods, like greek yogurt, which was amazing. Different cereals like total flakes, and shredded wheat, not Captain crunch or a high sugar cereal. Even started eating oatmeal more. Changed to egg whites, turkey sausage and bacon. Even change Sprite, to sprite zero. It is taking some time. Like last night we had steak, and salad. I trimmed all the fat off the steak, measured it's weight, and then had a salad. Never really ate salad with a steak before, but wow it tastes so good together. I know there are a lot more changes to be made to my diet and food. Such as more fruit and vegetables, more water, less soda and fruity drinks.
