Lost around 4 lbs on vegetarian diet. Just wanted to test my will power and jump start my weight loss:). This was the first time I was able to stick to the veggie diet for more than 2 days. People told me that this should not be a diet, but a life style change, and I totally agreed. I want to be able to have a normal relationship with food again. I don't want to reach out for food when I am feeling anxious, or angry.
As for this week, I start adding more grain and other non veggies protein sources in small amount. I stay clear from processed food as much as possible. I am learning to cook those meatless meals, so plant base meals will appear more interesting. I am trying this: rotating meatless meals and other type of meals. Plenty of veggies will be included whether it is veggies meal or not.
This is trial and error period. I have to figure out a plan that will work best for me .
