Simple Diet Journal #35 -- Walk/Jog 5K and BLC21 starts Tomorrow!!!!

Inspired by MRSVK11, I looked into 2 different walk/jog to Run 5K programs. There's the one on Spark -- and then there's the Run Your Butt Off program. I started yesterday and feeling pretty good about it. I like the slow pace build up, because I'm just not interested in getting injured.
I'm doing a combo of 4 minute walking and 1 to 1.5 minutes running. So far so good and I'm feeling really psyched. Forcing myself not to try and jump ahead of the program so that I can experience it as written -- although for Run Your Butt Off, I'd not even be doing any running yet -- but with all the Spinning and other cardio I do -- I know I'm ready for a start that has some running. Thank you MRSVK11 -- can't wait to see myself being able to run 30 minutes straight.
And . . . although I feel like BLC21 started a few weeks ago, the official beginning is Tomorrow and I'm so very pumped. The Mighty Mocha Hunters are awesome (and a shout out to the Rangers, too!). I am READY!!!!
