Well Hello Everyone... I have never written a blog before in my life, so i apologize for how horrible i will be at it LOL! First things first, I am a mother, girlfriend and hardworker.. I consider myself to be a runner even though I just started in December 2012. I will run my first 5k and recieve my first medal EVER on Feb 09,2013! Which i am super excited about, following that I will run my first ever 1/2 Marathon on March 23, 2013. I use The Galloway Method for Marathon Training, which is endorsed by Disney! lol Anyway.. I graduated college the first time in 2007 as an X-ray tech. Then I went back because i found it boring, I am now graduated a second time from a different college as a Personal Trainer, with aspirations to become an Exercise Psychologist. I am Overweight, have been for as long as i can remember, when I first started trying to get serious about losing weight on 09/19/2012. I weighed in at 272lbs! the heaviest I have ever been. I quickly joined a bootcamp and that has turned into my saving grace and a place where I have met some of the most amazing girls I could have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have lost 26lbs to date (excluding the 7 i just apparently gained back out of nowhere) but I will get back on track and I think its because im gaining muscle from running.. plus a runners diet has to be different from a weight loss diet... well that was one giant paragraph. sorry guys..
