If you are need of a great way of burning calories, working your core, and simply having a blast......Hooping is for you.
It has the components of my FAVORITE means of physical fitness....It is fun, relatively simple, and uses minimal equipment. For the price of either the hoop or the materials to make your hoop..you have the means to burn up to 400 calories in an hour. Also, with the internet..there are free tutorials to show you how to do hooping tricks. The two most important things to remember when starting hooping....The hoop matters(the little ones from the dept. stores are too light to work properly and easily), and practice makes BETTER...It will not come naturally at first...You will need to keep picking it back up when it falls down, until all of a sudden the connection between your brain and body has been made...Then it is smooth hooping from then on...
