My first week was a success: I shrank by 0.8 lb!
Refinement--something I've done in the past: Sunday is my day of rest. I need not track anything that day. Knowing that I'll have this break makes it easier to keep up with tracking on the other days.
It felt super-good to deposit $25 in my online savings account at week's end!
Something new: I baked a spaghetti squash on Sunday & combined Trader Joe's marinara sauce with tofu cubes & extra thyme & oregano to go over it. I know some folks love pasta so much that they can't bear to substitute stringy squash for it. But I really enjoy the slightly crisp squash texture--& I love recording that I ate a whole cup of it & seeing just 42 calories on the tracker!
