My goodness I was on a roll there with the blogs and then work and work and oh more work trampled down on me. LOL So here is a quick catch up
Sunday was my WW meeting and weigh in. I am down 3 pounds so from what I thought I was prior to WW and now I am down 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm not being unhealthy about this journey and I am doing it all with the right tools. I am shooting for 5 pounds this week, but in the end I will be happy with anything above a pound.
My workouts have been a steady dose of cardio and I even got to the gym on Saturday morning with my hubby and son. I did 18 miles on the stationary bike and felt great! I have always loved riding a bike and will be buying myself one this spring/summer! My plan is still to add in the strength training at the end of Feb/beginning of March. I really miss that part of my workouts but I also knew that I needed to edge myself back into all this. I'm praying that I win the 3-30min personal training sessions that my gym at work is giving away. Everytime I scan my card I'm entered in...which helps push me there!!
So over all I'm doing good still. I have stepped away from the Just Dance every night so I do need to pick that up as well as my ABs with the daughter. One step at a time and the steps I'm taking so far are great!
