My goodness I was on a roll there with the blogs and then work and work and oh more work trampled down on me. LOL So here is a quick catch up emoticon

Sunday was my WW meeting and weigh in. I am down 3 pounds so from what I thought I was prior to WW and now I am down 10 pounds in 2 weeks. I'm not being unhealthy about this journey and I am doing it all with the right tools. I am shooting for 5 pounds this week, but in the end I will be happy with anything above a pound.

My workouts have been a steady dose of cardio and I even got to the gym on Saturday morning with my hubby and son. I did 18 miles on the stationary bike and felt great! I have always loved riding a bike and will be buying myself one this spring/summer! My plan is still to add in the strength training at the end of Feb/beginning of March. I really miss that part of my workouts but I also knew that I needed to edge myself back into all this. I'm praying that I win the 3-30min personal training sessions that my gym at work is giving away. Everytime I scan my card I'm entered in...which helps push me there!!

So over all I'm doing good still. I have stepped away from the Just Dance every night so I do need to pick that up as well as my ABs with the daughter. One step at a time and the steps I'm taking so far are great!

    Congrats on your continued weightloss. If you can ride 18 miles on a stationary bike its sounds like you are well on your way.

    Kim you are doing great and I am so very very proud of you! I do have my calendar on the wall, I just needed to wake up my brain to organize things, mostly my thoughts. LOL

So today I have been juicing. I have totally cleaned my kitchen and it looks awesome!! (hey, you've seen the aftermath of a Tom/Cori hurricane....it was there)

I have attempted twice to head out the door but tummy rumbles pulled me back. I will give it another half hour to attempt my 1st C25 to Target, PetsMart, and Lincolns Crossing to sign up for the gym. Hoping it's just the juice and not what's going around.

I'm here on it WITH you this time so yes! Let's quit dodging each other. LOL

Hear Beth is feeling pressure...getting so excited for her :o)
