Hello Divas, Guys, & Dolls,

The above pic was taken today by me while I was standing at the bus stop waiting to get the bus to the "Y" so I could brought a warm and fuzzy feeling inside for me.........

Well, let me share what has been going on with me since Sunday, January 13, 2013...... as I originally blogged prior to this one, when I went home, I ate and drank stuff that I haven't done in a year or when I got back home to Florida, all I wanted to do was nap, nap, nap...........something I haven't done as well since 2010........

So, I started a fasting regime to detox my body of the stuff I had eaten............Well, today is day 3 and I am proud of myself because I thought it was really going to be the worst fast of my life. I have tried fasting in the past and I never had gotten past a 1/2 I am on day 3 and I have more energy, haven't taken a nap, and feel so much better than I had since arriving home (Florida)......

So, if anyone is interested, my fasting program is called the Almased Synergy Diet...............instead of doing the "liquid only" fasting for 3 days, I opted to do the "liquid only" for 5 days and then for the next 3 days doing liquid shakes for breakfast and dinner and have a salad or steamed veggies and fish or chicken, then for the next 3 days, having 1 shake for breakfast & having lunch & dinner, and the next three incorporating all three that time, I will probably be doing an Almased drink once a day, maybe as a snack.............

Since beginning this fasting program, I've really never felt better................more energy to do things.....especially since I am going home for 5 months to help a sibling in need. Today is day 3 for me and I am not craving sugar at all, nor am I at the point where I'm ready to kill myself because I have been drinking "liquids only"...........GO FIGURE!!!!!!!! emoticon
