I have recently decided not to diet any more. I am changing my lifestyle instead. I have joined a gym. Which I go to 5 days a week. I have also started taking a long hard look at my eating habits. What I realized was I ate a lot of crap :) . I cant say I have mad a 180 but I am working hard at whats healthy. The best part is I am including my whole family. I am cooking healthy food for everyone. I also started taking my little girl for walks and getting her outdoors more! I have had my setbacks, I havent completely forgot the drive through but I am human and I understand that. I am not beating myself up about the slip ups but just remembering this change is forever not just today. I am very optimistic about my change. I already feel like my health is improving. My legs already have more definition. No the scale does not always say what I want it to say, but I am not giving up. So 2013 is definitely going to be my year!
