Lately I've been tracking what I eat and the weight is starting to go down. I think the more I am active on sparkpeople, the more success I will have with achieving my goals. I am determined to be as active as I can on here and track all of my eating and exercise so I can hold myself accountable. I feel like I am moving in the right direction.
One thing that has inspired me lately is the show The Biggest Loser. I have my DVR set to record it and I've been watching it when I can. Even though I know that the amount of weight that the contestants lose in a short period of time is not a realistic expectation, their determination to change their lives is inspiring. By watching this, it makes me want to change myself and become a healthier person.
