I know that "they" say to do -- several small meals a day -- don't put your body into starvation mode -- breakfast is the most important meal of the day...etc etc etc
My question is this...what about what your body says?
My body is NOT hungry in the morning -- and if I try to eat breakfast..I do not lose weight. If I eat several small meals a day -- I do not lose weight...
If I do my 2 x a week fast and only eat when I am hungry (which largely has me at a lower calorie range than what anyone ever tells me is healthy) I lose weight...and yes there are those days that I eat MORE than the calorie range too -- I tend to think that if we were more in tune with what our bodies are saying and less time worrying about what "they" say...we would all be better off.
