Todays post has a word or two that sparkpeople wants me to censor out but since I am not going through the whole post lookinig for words that we all have heard I will post a link to my blog if you're interested in reading the post.

if not, regular posting will resume tomorrow, I just did not feel like editing the whole post.

This is the first winter in the last 3 I didn't put on some facial hair for winter camping season. I was surprised the difference it made! Thanks for posting the link.

Working my butt off (I wish) at the gym...eating better, not as good at the calorie counting as I could be, but much better than I was...and that stinkin' scale will not budge! I feel your frustration! Let's keep pluggin' away! Can't wait to see your "bew" emoticon emoticon emoticon

lol BETEAFULL, "Bew" is explained in the post ;) I just got tired of censoring my posts to repost here on spark so if there are words that sparks filter grabs and stops the post I pop the link up.

I must be out of the loop, what is Bew?
if you can stand the single digit weather get those walks back in because yes carrying 400 lbs is akin to weight lifting benefits AND strengthens the leg muscles.

"I will likely post an image of the bew in a later post and come Friday I am still posting my weight whether it be up or down. The plan remains the same, eat less, add whole foods, move more and definitely get my a$$ walking EVERY day again because as far as I am concerned that's the formula that will get the weight off again."

You definitely know the drill : ) Here's to sticking with it!
