Yesterday I ate carbs and had a non-decaf skinny mocha. Last nite I didn't sleep at all well- kept waking up hot. Today I'm tired, draggy and my mind is foggy.
Most of the time, I DO KNOW that when I don't eat carbs and drink caffeine, I feel GOOD!!!
Yesterday my mind 'forgot' what I've learned. What happened?????
I was running around doing errands with oldest dd who goes back to college tmro. Trying to do too much coupled with sadness about her going back (I prob won't see her for months again), excitement for her about her college/career plan success...
Add into the mix it was Monday, new work week, trying to catch up on chores not done over weekend: laundry, dishes, general pick up, making big pot of veg/beef/bean soup so I have something on plan to eat....
Only accomplishing 3 items on my 20+ item to-do list....
Blah, Blah, Blah
Today I DID have my morning hot tea drink/read the paper routine, ate my 1/2 c ff refried beans with 1 lite Laughing Cow wedge and salsa breakfast, took my meds and vitamin
I will take a walk today. I need to get that back into my daily life!
