Planning my menu and grocery shopping yesterday with my list has really helped me cause now all the ingredients I need are already in my fridge. So this morning I actually prepared dinner! And felt like it!
I was so stressed when I joined the Official Healthy Cooking Challenge, thinking I could not do it! Well now i'm doing it!
Love the nutrition tracker I am finally getting all the nutrients and checking the daily totals, it's great! The daily feedback is a great tool. I can finally learn about protein and fiber that I consumed during the day.
