You know what I did yesterday? I worked out despite not having much time at all between work and rehearsal.

I MADE time.

After a short nap (in which I couldnít sleep, so I just laid there), I jumped up and got ready for rehearsalÖand a short workout. Along with my purse, coat, scarf and rehearsal bag, I went to our apartment gym and did 10 minutes on the fitness bike. Later on after rehearsal, I went back to the gym and did 5 minutes on the treadmill (ran 5 min straight) and my strength training. Itís not a lot, but I did what I could and I did it well! emoticon

Iím beyond proud of myself because I easily could have blown off my workouts and then would have regretted it the next day.

emoticonI weighed myself (Iíve really got to stop weighing in daily, there isnít a point) and saw that I maintained my weight from yesterday which is good. My new day to weigh in will be Saturdays, once a week only (like I did at the beginning of my journey). The exercise helps me feel good about myself and feel like Iím accomplished something even if itís only 15 mins. Each choice can either help or harm my journey, and I refuse to harm it. Iíve come too far.

emoticonMy nutrition has been good, but I have been going over my calorie limits. Itís frustrating, but I wonít give up. emoticon

emoticon I happened upon Raspberry Royale tea yesterday at rehearsal and fell in love with it! So wonderful! Try it! emoticon

emoticonWell, I wasnít called back for the latest show I went out for, but I remain positive because I could still have the part I want. Theyíre going to announce the cast on Wednesday night, wish me luck! emoticon
