I am trying to get back on the schedule I was on. It is so easy to fall off but it is so hard to pick it back up. I hate not being able to exercise and eat the way I want to for me and be healthy. The holidays did a number on everything. But I am still maintaining my weight loss no weight gain. So I am trying to get back on it. I know it is not good to try to push yourself and exercise if you have not had the correct amount of sleep. So I try to sleep more and exercise when I can. I will get back to where I was and riding my bike and walking with some strength training but for now it is just the morning walk. Good Luck to everyone and keep pushing no matter how hard it is because soon it will be easy.
