Run 2 for the week

Hi all im am very proud of my self. Not only did i get home yesterday and run my miles, I also woke my butt up super early so I could get my run in because I have class tonight. NO EXCUES i told my self, you get what you put in to it. Working out 5 times a week burning off 500 calrories a workout, i will lose a pound a week so that means 9 weeks I will be back to the size I was 8 months ago!!! Watch out guys im on a mission and you are welcome to join me. I will blog everyday that I workout (5 days a week at least) and you are welcome to chime in with your workouts as well. I'M GOING TO DO THIS AND YOU ARE WELCOME TO COME ALONG FOR THE RIDE!!!!!! keep on sparking sparkers!!!!!!!!
