Today is Day 4 of my food tracking streak. emoticon My husband is watching what he eats now too, so that's infinitely helpful.

Here are my goals for the week.

Nutrition
1. 1350 - 1700 Calories/day
2. Stay in nutrition ranges

Sunday - Workout #12; 10K steps- emoticon
Monday - Zumba; 10K steps - emoticon
Tuesday - Workout #13
Wednesday - Workout #14
Thursday - Zumba
Friday - Walk at Home
Saturday - Workout #15

    This week I started tracking my food too! (you can see it on my SparkPage). Also I started Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Part 1, which is on BeFit channel on YouTube. She really knows how to get a good workout in and it's free!

I'm on a 1,500calorie range which is pretty close to you. Good luck!
