I know where I need to be. I tend to consume on the high end of my calorie plan each day. That means I need to burn at least 500 calories over my food intake in a day. I'm tracking this closely this week. Yes, I realize that the calorie deficit report is not 100% accurate but I find that when I'm consistently tracking over -500 with the calorie deficit a day I'm on track to losing that targeted 1 pound.

Mon - 496
