This is working much better than I anticipated. I started on the program last November, tracking everything I ate and did, and I already lost 10 pounds! I did not even follow the meal plan, and exercise has been in streaks, since I got sick a lot, so I could not keep up a regular routine. I did track all my foods and activities and ate less and moved more overall. Also, I got rid of the Actos (diabetes medication) that makes one gain weight, but that was already after I was losing. The new medicine, metformin, is supposed to help with weight loss, so that's a bonus.
People have been complimenting me lately - not on weight loss specifically (even though my mom noticed), but that I'm looking good overall. Very encouraging!
