My week is off to a very good start. With Christmas season ending.... I was still taking down Christmas decoration last night...and it kept me busy enough to NOT snack! That is a major achievement for me. I've devloped a bad habit of having multiple snacks which leads to too many calories.....no matter if the snack is healthy or not.... So 1 night...no snacks!...not even my planned homemade chocolate protein bar just in case I had a need for one.
Yesterday my weight lifting session with Surf was awesome as usual. She always adds such a variety to the session and 'punishes' me in ways I would never 'punish' myself. bahahahaha.....it's such a GOOD HURT. I always feel refreshed and worn out at the same time. She has a sign on her gym...Torture Chamber....and I love her for it ;-) I don't know the weights that I used. She logs this for the record...heavy ;-)
Abs- AB Wheel 4 sets 15/ Reverse crunch 4 sets 20
Chest- Bow flex Fly
Legs- Dead lift w long bar
Shoulder- Push backs w long bar
Lower Back- Good Mornings with short bar
Biceps- cable lift
Calves- weighted standing lift
60 min= 350 calorie burn w Polar monitor
So good day yesterday on both the workout front and the eating front!
Tonight is boot camp....
