Half way through January

189 This morning. That is good to see numbers going back down. I overate last Saturday (was 186 that am), not a ton, but sugary cake & salty ham..seems to have set me off on a path I had been doing pretty well at avoiding! I did have PMS, finally started so am feeling much more like myself today 3 days into the "new" week. The cravings are gone, I resisted every sample table at Costco yesterday, resisted pizza too. So the scale is moving down where it belongs. Maybe I can still meet my goal of being under 180 by the end of January Or by Feb. 1st weigh in.

Finally figured out what is wrong with my leg, two stress fractures.
Its my normal "run" day. So I will try boxing tonight & yoga. I will focus on what I CAN do vs what I want to/cannot do. Maybe I'll find a new want too's in this process of healing my leg/ankle...

I did decide to make lemonade and do the three week Clean, Group Cleanse put on by The Clean Team & Dr. Junger. Yesterday was day 1 & I had the worst headache. I am feeling great this am though & down two pounds since yesterday (TOM bloat is chilling out a bit!).

I am making this a GREAT week. This weekend will pose challenges for me but I can get through it with the right mindset. We are going to my parents again & spending weekend. I will have to bring my own things for eating, skip the birthday cake, and help plan the menu if that is not already done. Will be awesome just to hang out with my family again. All my siblings & their families will be there so around 30 of us.

I have to get on with my day now...make it a great one! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    That's good news about you leg. What did the doctor tell you to do for it?
