Monday - Week 6, Day 1 5K to 10K
I didn't get this run in at all. I worked a bit later than usual to try to make up for some time that I was off last week with my son's health issues. I was hoping to get a 30 minute workout done on Your Shape for the Xbox Kinect but since it was my first time playing, it had to run through all of the setups and tutorials. I was only able to get 10 minutes of an actual workout in with it.
I was just under my calorie range for the day.
I got all of my water in for the day.
Day 1 of 1 for workouts this week!
