I am extremely lucky to have an on-site dietitian at work. She's got a great personaiity, is very positive, we talk a bit and...I've never scheduled an appointment to meet with her yet. I know it's not the best choice and I'm completely stupid for not using this to my advantage. That changes as of today.
Today is the first weigh-in for my company's two-month weight loss challenge. Though it's called a weight loss challenge, the main focus is on developing better habits over a lifetime. The winner is based on percentage of weight lost. I have to set up weekly meetings to discuss my eating habits and weight loss progress.
I'll be using Spark in conjunction with the challenge and I don't want to lose anything drastic in a short amount of time. I don't plan on winning the challenge but if I continue losing weight the way I have in the last two weeks, I can easily be down another 16 lbs by the middle of March. This would make my total weight loss 21 lbs, which is exactly halfway to my goal weight.
