No answers yet...

Just more meds. Gotta love our medical system. While I do admit that the pills do help, I cannot wait to know the cause for my distress. Even if it is bad news. Knowing what it is, will help me either direct me toward resolving the issue or learn how to deal with it.
Next week I get to do a cleanse. Upper and lower GI being scoped out. Oh joy! But if I get answers it will be worth it.
In the mean time, mediation is helping keep my stress level down. Who Me Worry? Uh, duh!

"When you are in troubled and worried and sick at heart and your plans are upset and your world falls apart, remember God's ready and waiting to share The burden you find much to heavy to bear. So with faith, Let Go and Let GOD lead your way into a brighter and less troubled day!" - unknown

We must let go of the life we have planned, so as to accept the one that is waiting for us.
Joseph Campbell

So it is all about letting go and moving forward, we cannot change the past except accept it and think about what we can do.

Oh those elusive answers! We want answers and we want them asap but... they have to gather the clues and put the puzzle together. Waiting is hard but you are doing all the right things Nancy and the prayer warriors out here have you covered.

I read this the other day, that worrying about the past takes our attention away from today and who wants to miss today's opportunities? May your meditation give you inner calm and peace and keep your stress level in check.

Many times the life that is waiting for us is so much better than the life we have planned. Worrying is one who lacks faith and you are not one of those people. Continue to stand strong and trust in the Lord and let Him fight your battles. With Him we can do all things, without Him we can do nothing! I'm praying for you and yours. emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

That Joseph Campbell quote is one of my all-time favorites. Frustrating, but you're managing well with the uncertainty. Sending wishes for fuller answers soon.

HUGS and prayers coming your way. Hang in there. It is so hard. I too am the type that would rather deal with what IS (even if it's bad news) than the unknown. **SIGH**

You are being so strong as you go through concern and uncertainty. I love those quotes! Your peaceful spirit is also helping your physical system be at optimal function. Worrying not only makes us feel awful; it also weakens us! (Exhorting myself here!) You are in my prayers today.
