On the 8 week running program with sparkpeople finsh week 1 . week two was to walk 3 mins and run 2 min's times 4. Can't do the 2 mins tried but just sob
. Today did a 5 mins warm up walk then a fast walk 4mins then run after every 4 mins. longest run was 1.5 mins times 2. 30 seconds longer then before, total 30 mins 1.9 miles with two 1.5min run and 2 ) 1 mins runs.I'm going to continue to work on it. I know i can do this, it may take awhile but i will get it.
last weekend took alot of stuff to the satvation army and came home with a stair stepper for $30. I realize that is totally a different work out.
