On track day

Yesterday, after my less-than-stellar (= completely horrifying) weigh in, blogging and really considering what the $%^@ I am doing to myself, I had a really good day. I drank a lot of water, had lots of freggies, was on track with my eating as far as calories and portions go, AND went to boot camp. I had almost forgotten what it feels like to stick to the plan - how good it feels and realizing it isn't really THAT difficult.
Now, I just need to keep doing it, one day at a time!
