You would think I would have learned!!!
I am really really bad at figuring in my fitness/calories burned, I don't think I've changed the 'how many calories do you plan on burning' thing since I've started.
I put it in and holy bejeezes...it added 350 calories a day to my nutrition tracker!!! It's been kind of hard to get all those calories in, but I'm trying to in the right way!!
We will see what the scale says on Friday...it's probably not going to show a good change, it will probably go up, until my body figures out what I'm doing so I'm expecting that.
I am WAY less hungry now, especially on days I work out...whew!! This is a flash back though...been here and done this, just, apparently, forgot!
