Five pounds down, 40 more to go! I found a way to give my goal life, I calculated the date I will reach my goal if I lose 1 to 2 pounds a week. If I stay on track by June I will be my goal weight. This helps me to not have expectations I will just wake up and be 40 pounds lighter so I don't get discouraged on this long journey.
